Visiting the Grenada Family Records Centre (GFRC) The Grenada Family Records Centre Ministry of Education Building, Botanical Gardens, Tanteen, St. George’s, Grenada, W.I. Many of our most important resources (such as census returns and wills) still cannot be searched or viewed online but you can order copies of birth, marriage and death certificates from the GRO. The best way to make the most of your visit to the GFRC is to come prepared. This website should give you all the basic information you need to know about the GFRC and the services we offer. Use the links above to help you plan your visit to the GFRC and download and read the leaflets in our research section. You can also read about using the GFRC in one or two books on family history research which you can even order online. Opening Hours Monday 09:30 am - 5:00 pm Tuesday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Wednesday 09:30 am - 5:00 pm Thursday 09:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday 09:30 am - 5:00 pm Saturday 09:30 am - 5:00 pm The Centre is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Closure Dates The Family Records Centre will be closed on the following days: 28 May (Spring Bank Holiday) 27 August (August Bank Holiday) 25 December to Wednesday 26 December (Christmas) 1 January (New Year's Day)
